Cancellation and payment policy
Cancellation policy:
No fees apply for cancellations up to 21 days before arrival. For cancellations within 7 to 20 days before, 50% of the cost of the accommodation is charged. For cancellations 1 to 6 days before arrival results in 100% of the accommodation cost. No show or departure before the scheduled date, results in 100% of the stay being charged.
Payment Policy:
A deposit by credit/debit card or bank transfer is required. Ostria Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival. As well, reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation with the period, that cancellation policy apply.
